SECOND COURSE: TRIO OF GOURMET MEATBALLS

- Embark on a culinary journey with our savory trio of meatballs. Savor the rich and spicy lamb meatball with harissa tomato sauce, indulge in the tangy and sweet turkey meatball with sweet and sour sauce, and relish the delectable pork meatball with crimini mushroom marsala. All served on a bed of hearty farro and fresh spinach.

THIRD COURSE: CAPRESE SALAD

- Experience the traditional flavors of Italy with our Caprese salad. Featuring homemade mozzarella and focaccia bread, heirloom tomatoes, crispy prosciutto, and toasted pistachios, all drizzled with balsamic glaze and served on a bed of dressed arugula and radicchio salad.

FOURTH COURSE: AMERICAN FUSION ENTREE- STEAK AND EGGS

- Indulge in our fusion creation of root veg and tomato braised sliced brisket flat, accompanied by a decadent caramelized shallot and aged cheddar quiche. Enjoy the perfect balance of flavors and textures with sweet potato crisps and tender long beans.

FIFTH COURSE: GLOBAL COOKIE SAMPLER

- Satisfy your sweet tooth with our diverse selection of cookies from around the world. Enjoy the delicate matcha and white chocolate, the warm and spicy Moroccan spiced ginger snaps, the nutty pignoli cookies, the buttery Swedish butter cookies, and the classic peanut butter kiss cookies, all served with fresh fruit to balance the sweetness.
